issuing a stablecoin is easy, and soon we will pass 1m+ stablecoins issued. What's really hard is to get it into 'real' circulation, to build a network around it to maximize liquidity and utility. There are many stablecoins with $1b+ mCap without any real utility or circulation yet. Only a handful will cross the chasm.
