Muslims and Cryptocurrency: More Than Just Halal or Haram.

As a Muslim, I see crypto as more than just digital money — it’s a test of values.

Islam teaches us to avoid riba (interest), fraud, and exploitation.

Crypto gives us a chance to build something ethical, fair, and decentralized — a system that doesn’t exploit the poor or favor the rich.

But the question still remains:

Is crypto halal or haram?

For me, it depends on how you use it.

If it’s used for honest trade, investment, and financial freedom = Halal ✅

If it involves gambling, scams, or interest-based lending = Haram ❌

Muslims must lead with intention (niyyah) and knowledge (‘ilm).

Crypto isn't just money — it's a new path. And for Muslims, it's an opportunity to walk that path with purpose.

💬 What do you think? Can crypto support Islamic values?
