This little-known firm, previously in the business of toy souvenirs, barely made \$4 million last year and ran at a loss. But it’s now become the launchpad for Tron. As part of the deal,SRM received \$100 million in funding, potentially rising to \$210 million if warrants are exercised.The company has since rebranded to “Tron Inc.,” with Sun acting as an advisor—everything done with precision and strategy.
