$BNB Brad Garlinghouse has urged XRP investors to be vigilant against the wave of scams spreading across the ecosystem. The CEO noted that the latest scam involves impersonating Ripple's official accounts on the video streaming platform YouTube.

In his post, Garlinghouse pointed out that scams are a collateral effect of Ripple's regulatory success and the sudden increase in the price of XRP. Last week, XRP reached a new all-time high (ATH) amidst predictions of a prolonged rally to double digits. In addition to the price surge, on-chain activity has skyrocketed on the XRP Ledger, attracting hordes of scammers to the ecosystem.
