We've all felt that gut-wrenching feeling of watching a coin we sold pump, and I recently had my turn with XRP and HBAR. Convinced the market was turning against me, I sold my crypto out of fear.

Almost immediately, both coins began to climb. What would have been a great profit turned into a bitter lesson on the sidelines.

The experience taught me two things:

Patience is everything. In crypto, short-term fear can destroy long-term gains.

Conviction comes from deep research. I hadn't done enough homework to truly believe in my investment when the market got tough.

But it solidified my commitment to patience and thorough research in crypto. Sometimes, the best move is no move at all.
