This is my personal opinion on Federal Reserve Chairman Powell and Trump and their mismanagement of monetary policy:

"Both reject the quantity theory of money and are obsessed with interest rates. Monetary policy is not about interest rates, but about changes in the money supply. If they were in my class, they would receive a grade of F."
