I don't know about you…

But I have experienced this feeling three times in a row – and it's not pleasant at all.

“Every time I have money, the price goes up. Every time I don't have money, the price drops.”

“And just when I bought in… it turned around and dropped.”

Does it sound familiar?

📉 After investing… the market turned around

Last week I gathered some capital – planning to buy PENGU this time because I see a strong team, hot-selling NFTs, and whales entering.

The price at that time was $0.041.

I bought.

3 hours later – the price returned to $0.038.

Not because of bad news.

It's nothing serious.

It's simply that I entered at the wrong time – or rather, I let my emotions lead the way.

💸 The feeling of being “left behind on the shore”

I once felt like the market was teasing me.

  • When I have no money, I look at$ETH about $2,900 – feeling regret.

  • When I gathered enough to buy, it was at $3,200 – but I was still determined to enter.

  • And then... it corrected to $3,050.

I started to wonder:

Is the market playing me?

Or am I the one playing myself?

🧠 Looking back: The problem is not the market

After a few light “slaps,” I started to wake up:

The market has no emotions. But I do.

I bought coins not because of a nice technical setup, not because of a clear trend confirmation – but because I was afraid of missing the opportunity.

I let FOMO, expectations, and the pressure of "having to win this time" overshadow me.

🔁 My plan is changing

Now I do something very simple:

I don't buy based on emotions anymore.

I create a planning table:

I also keep 30% of my account as a “defensive” fund – so I don't end up in a situation of “having opportunities but no money.”

🧘‍♂️ After all, I learned one thing

The crypto market is full of emotions – but those who win are the patient, disciplined, and know how to wait.

I rushed in, got caught at the top, and fell out of mood. But I also learned how to control myself better.

And if you have also been through what I went through – then congratulations, you are learning the most important thing:

Don't let the market control you. Let the plan guide you.

📌 If you feel like you were once like me, leave a dot "." under the post.

📈 And if you have your own strategy to “escape the FOMO loop” – I’d love to hear more! 👇
