According to CoinWorld news, renowned digital asset investor Dan Tapiero has announced the launch of a $500 million growth-oriented crypto fund called '50T Fund', which focuses on supporting late-stage companies that build core infrastructure for blockchain and Web3. The fund is a closed-end structure with a ten-year term, and the first round of fundraising is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, Tapiero has merged his private equity firm 10T Holdings with 1RoundTable Partners, and the new entity has been renamed '50T', reflecting his long-term expectation that the crypto economy will reach a market value of $50 trillion within the next decade. 50T has previously invested in companies like Circle, Deribit, and Etoro, and stated that these successes validate the investment thesis that 'all value will ultimately be on-chain.'
