We will settle and return your excess USDT based on the oversubscription ratio, and the upper-level commission will also take place simultaneously. The private placement quota was 2.5 million KEY, raising a hard cap of 550,000 USDT, with a total of 3,177 user participation instances, and an average private placement holding of 786.906 KEY per person.
