The market has improved with the breakthrough of Bitcoin's new high and the explosion of Ethereum; generally, there are only one or two months a year to make money in the cryptocurrency market, so I have recently started researching the market every day. Of course, since I have significant holdings in both Bitcoin and Ethereum, I am now researching short-term buying and selling opportunities in altcoins.

Faced with countless altcoins, how to choose? This is an art.

Let's discuss how to choose coins based on the current K-line trends of the three tokens: $pengu, $sol, and $zk.

First, let me pose a question: If you choose to enter the market right now, which of these three types of altcoins would you choose? I will answer this question at the end of the article and provide my selection.

1️⃣ Zksync ⟨c-5⟩

📊 Current characteristics: After a long decline, it recently stabilized around 0.03660, rebounding to around 0.06, forming a bottom structure. The short-term moving averages (MA7, MA20) have formed a golden cross, and the price has risen above MA20 and MA120, indicating the early stages of a rebound. Trading volume has recently increased slightly, but there has not yet been a significant breakout. MA250 (long-term moving average) remains above, creating strong resistance, with the current price far from MA250, resulting in significant rebound pressure.

🎯 Operational strategy: Currently in the early stages of a bottom rebound, but there are no signs of a main upward trend. It is suitable for short-term low-level participation, while mid-to-long term should focus on observation or light positions. Whether a main upward trend will start depends on subsequent volume and whether it can break through MA250.

2️⃣ Solana ⟨c-41⟩

📊 Current characteristics: After a long decline, it has successfully bottomed out near 95.26; the medium-term moving averages are in a bullish arrangement, with MA20 and MA120 both trending upwards; it is attempting to break through MA250, which is a crucial bullish signal; the current price is above a historically dense trading area and has increased in volume, indicating sustained capital inflow; the price and volume are well-coordinated, with strong upward momentum.

🎯 Operational strategy: It is a typical strong trend breakout type; currently, it is a mainstream coin that attracts capital attention, with operational value for both short-term and mid-term; if the position is well controlled, a trend-following strategy can be chosen.

3️⃣ Pudgy Penguins ⟨c-46⟩

📊 Current characteristics: After a long decline, it has consolidated at the bottom for several months (March-June). A breakout occurred at the end of June, forming a V-shaped reversal. Currently in a corrective phase, but volume remains active, and there are no signs of panic selling. The short-term moving averages (MA7, MA20) are still trending upwards, and the price has stabilized after a pullback.

🎯 Operational strategy: Currently in a technical pullback after a strong upward trend. If the short-term adjustment does not break MA5 (or at most pulls back to MA20), it is likely to continue the upward wave and challenge previous highs. However, be mindful that volatility increases at high levels, and it is advisable to control the position.

📌 Conclusion and thoughts

Altcoins are stirring with the explosive growth of Ethereum; the three altcoins analyzed above represent three stages of altcoin rebounds: among them, pengu's rebound is the smoothest, currently entering the first correction phase; sol is steady, neither aggressive nor lagging; zk represents most of the sluggish altcoins, dropping harder than Ethereum when it falls and rising less vigorously than Ethereum when it rises.

Now back to the question posed at the beginning of the article: If you choose to enter the market now, which of these three types of altcoins would you choose? My answer is to prioritize sol, followed by pengu, and finally zk.

The reason is: sol is steady and hasn't risen enough, with significant potential ahead; pengu has experienced a surge, but such a large rebound (let's consider it a rebound) cannot stop abruptly; it will likely continue to rise, but it needs time to accumulate new momentum, and before the second round of rising, it may deeply correct from this position; as for zk, there are no obvious signs of initiation, currently just passively rising with the market, although it has the greatest potential—such as hoping for certain whales to push it up, but it could also be abandoned forever. Therefore, it has the worst risk-reward ratio.

Based on this reasoning for choosing altcoins, what other coins do you think are worth entering?
