With ADA, breakouts usually occur when it has been accumulating for too long in a narrow range. I often observe ADA breaking out of strong resistance levels on H4 or D1 timeframes. When a breakout occurs with high volume, I will enter in the direction of the breakout and set a stop loss below the breakout area.
The most recent example is ADA breaking out of the $0.45 area, rising straight to $0.6 in just a few days.
