#长期持有策略 holds $ONG , traversing through bull and bear cycles
Having been in the crypto market for many years, I have developed some understanding of long-term holding:
1. Why firmly hold $ONG for the long term?
1. Look at the underlying value: The ecosystem behind $ONG has been quietly doing its work, with visible technological iterations and real-world applications. The crypto market has a lot of short-term noise, but truly valuable projects can 'traverse cycles' with solid fundamentals. The ecological layout and technical strength of $ONG make me believe it can grow to be a 'friend of time.'
2. Resilience to volatility: Short-term fluctuations are essentially emotional games. Rather than being led by candlestick charts, it’s better to look long-term. Holding $ONG, I focus more on the long-term progress of the ecosystem; price fluctuations have become 'buying signals' – if it drops significantly, I add more to lower my cost, leading to greater returns when it rises.
2. Core factors to judge whether it is 'worth holding for the long term'
- Team and ecosystem: Is the team consistently doing work? Does the ecosystem have real demand and solve industry pain points? For instance, the $ONG team has been advancing cross-chain and DeFi scenario integration, making the ecosystem more solid. Projects with this 'long-termism gene' are worth betting on.
- Market scarcity: The crypto market is not short of fleeting coins, but truly unique and scarce values are rare. The layout of $ONG in the cross-chain space addresses the core need for asset interoperability, which will become increasingly important in the long run; scarcity is the confidence in holding.
3. When to 'take profits'?
In fact, for quality assets, I prefer dynamic adjustment rather than liquidating:
- If the ecological logic is disproven (e.g., technological route collapses, team fails), decisively exit;
- If the market is extremely crazy (e.g., $ONG skyrockets by several times in the short term while the ecosystem does not keep up), I will partially take profits, securing some gains while leaving a base position to continue betting on the long term.
Long-term holding is not about 'holding onto something without letting go' but about using patience and judgment to grow alongside quality projects.
