Futures

As a Muslim, I am keen on investing our money in a manner consistent with our Islamic Sharia. Therefore, I prefer spot trading as it aligns with Sharia regulations, unlike futures contracts which carry economic risks and legal prohibitions. In spot trading, I actually own the asset and avoid the risks of leverage and prohibited speculation.

However, I recognize that futures contracts provide liquidity and hedging, but I avoid them to ensure Sharia compliance. My advice: spot trading is safer and more stable, especially for novice and conservative investors.
