Breakout trading caught my attention when I noticed how prices often move sharply after breaking key levels. I liked the idea of catching a strong move early, so I started testing it on different charts.

At first, I struggled with fake breakouts. I would enter too quickly, and the price would reverse just after I jumped in. I learned the hard way that volume and confirmation are important. I also started using support/resistance zones more carefully.

Now, I wait for proper confirmation before entering any breakout. I also use stop-losses to protect myself if the trade goes against me. It’s not always perfect, but with practice, this strategy has become one of my favorite ways to trade momentum.
