这几天生病了23年一整年没感过冒，24年也该小锻炼下身体免疫力了，然后生病的期间，做的单没有损一单，之前的交易我也在总结，吃到的利润幅度太小，主要因为我喜欢做日内，就像行业选择一样，日内的好处是现金流比较好，资金自由度高，回流快。然后就是空单适合做中长线，不要加大杠杆，很多时候大杠杆的操作是在错过行情启动以后的弥补措施，找好进场点位，小杠杆的收益率一样很高。说实话最后的收益率和你选择的杠杆大小关系不大，听起来很蠢，我知道，但是当你真正交易你会发现你的心态扛不住大杠杆带来的波动，拿不住收益和你一样没关系，能拿住的，你必有赌性，有赌性，长期你必亏。这是我最近的持仓，目前依旧看空市场。
