$BTC BTC Bitcoin is trading for over R2.1 million on the Finance cryptocurrency exchange in South Africa after continuing its record growth for the second day.
"The recent rise of Bitcoin to a new all-time high is a testament to the growing adoption and recognition of cryptocurrency as a legitimate asset class," said Finance's legal director in Africa, Larry Cook.
"As the market continues to evolve, it is clear that digital assets are becoming increasingly integrated into traditional finance."
