#USCryptoWeek As part of this event, three bills related to cryptocurrency are planned to be considered:

The Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data Act (CLARITY Act). The goal is to provide a framework for the digital asset industry, including defining the roles of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

The Guidance and Establishment of National Innovations for American Stablecoins Act (GENIUS Act). This document defines which organizations can issue stablecoins and establishes that issuers must maintain reserves backing the stablecoin with U.S. currency or other similar liquid assets.

The Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act. This document aims to prevent the Federal Reserve, the central bank of the United States, from issuing CBDCs and to strip it of the ability to use CBDCs to influence monetary policy.
