Funding as another way to earn 🤔
When new coins enter the market, high volatility and other factors can cause a high funding rate, which can be used to earn money!
📍Traders are required to pay or receive a funding fee only if they have positions at the time of the funding fee settlement. If you close your position before the funding fee payment time, you do not pay any funding fees.
If the funding rate is positive, long positions will pay the funding fee to short positions. Conversely, if the funding rate is negative, short positions will pay the funding fee to long positions.
