I introduced the FHE track to my friends some time ago, and found that many people are
I want to participate more deeply in this relatively new track. Here comes the opportunity.

A collaborative Crypto project, pioneering the Web3 and Web2 integration with its unique Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE)
technology and trusted AI Agent infrastructure, opening a new chapter of Web3 and Web2
integration.
In July 2025, Mind Network signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with BytePlus, a cloud computing platform under ByteDance.
The two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation around encrypted AI inference
and trusted Agent ecosystem, and promote the application of trusted AI in Lark
and other ByteDance ecosystems, which is expected to cover more than 40 million
users. This means that enterprise users of Web2, those who use Lark every day
for meetings and file sharing, may unconsciously come into contact with Web3 privacy
technology. On July 9th, I saw in their tweets that the COZE AI Agent
platform (Byte's AI agent platform) has begun to integrate Mind
Network's privacy services. This "from enterprise to individual" penetration model
makes me feel that Mind Network is like a secret bridge, quietly bringing the value of
Crypto into daily life.
Mind Network's technical strength is the foundation of its existence. The
Mind Network MCP service (Model Context Protocol, code see
https://github.com/mind-network/mind-agent-mcp-server) they developed is a highlight. This protocol connects the execution layer of AI Agent
and the security trust layer, and ensures the legitimacy of the model output through ciphertext verification. For
example, if you use Agent on COZE to optimize trading strategies, MCP can verify
whether the output has been tampered with, whether it truly reflects the Agent's intention, and even in
when multiple Agents compete, it can judge which is closer to the truth. This reminds me of the previous
technical blog I read a few days ago, which mentioned that MCP solves the pain point of AI Agent "output
is not credible", preventing forgery and attacks, and is very practical.
I tried to think about it from a personal perspective: Suppose an Agent helps me for 30 consecutive days
to optimize DeFi strategies, and loses money due to an error on the last day. How to judge its
level? Relying on subjective scoring or emotion models (like SAGE) is too soft and difficult to quantify
true value. Mind Network's idea is to build credit based on historical behavior, calling
models, input content, and whether there are dangerous operations.
This "behavior traceable" design makes me feel that it is not just a technical
solution, but more like a credit foundation built for AI. If we can cooperate with Alibaba Cloud in the future
and implement trusted AI in the cloud, the imagination space will be even greater.
Mind Network's ambition goes far beyond the Byte ecosystem. At the beginning of July, I was on X
I saw that they cooperated with @zama_fhe, @vana and Stanford Medical School to
released the first privacy-protected Agent, and has collected medical data from 350,000 users.
This reminds me that privacy technology may set off a wave in the medical field.
Patient data can be safely shared, and AI can also optimize diagnosis, with huge potential.
In addition, they rank among the top five in activity on the BNB chain, and also cooperate with
Circle to promote compliant privacy stablecoin solutions, and the stealth address protocol
has been launched. This makes me feel that Mind Network is transitioning from a pure technology project
to a multi-chain ecosystem player. Zama's recent high financing also adds to the FHE race
