Art Blocks is a generative art NFT platform known for collectibles like Chromie Squiggles and Ringers. The platform has launched a new feature called PostParams, allowing artists and collectors to make specific visual changes to digital artworks over time.
Founder Erick Calderon (also known as 'Snowfro') told The DeFiant that the feature is aimed at providing artists with new ways to improve their work while keeping a record of these changes on the blockchain.
Some collectors are concerned that buyers may edit works to increase their rarity, but Snowfro stated that PostParams is about creative expression and will not affect existing projects.
