Bitcoin breaks records but the major media ignores it

A report from Bitcoin Perception reveals which traditional media outlets report on bitcoin and which provide insufficient coverage. Although bitcoin (BTC) has recorded new all-time highs in the second quarter of 2025, a new report reveals that major traditional financial media dedicated surprisingly limited coverage to it.

During the second quarter of the year, 18 international news portals published a total of 1,116 articles about bitcoin. While some media took a positive or neutral approach, others leaned towards a more critical view. Overall, 31% of the content was positive, 41% neutral, and 28% negative.$BTC
