Trump posted on his social media early Monday that the U.S. will start sending out tariff letters or trade deals to different countries at 12:00 PM on July 7.

He also warned that any country supporting BRICS and its anti-American policies will face an extra 10% tariff — no exceptions.

Meanwhile, traders believe there’s now a 70% chance that the U.S. central bank will cut interest rates in September and possibly do it two more times by the end of the year.
