There is not enough buy order to crush this resistance. For now it's a resistance level made of diamond. unless ofcourse some whale decides to pump. I would suggest setting a tight limit order if you still not selling and hoping it will go higher(unlikely under current conditions). I expect a waterfall but looking at tut's previous records, imo it would be a temporary waterfall. TUT will rise again.
