Timur Suleimenov, the Governor of the Central Bank of Kazakhstan, announced that the country will establish a state crypto reserve.
It was stated that this reserve could be managed by an organization affiliated with the Central Bank. The reserve is planned to be financed by confiscated crypto assets and cryptocurrencies obtained through state-supported mining.
