9 years of trading experience, written for you who are still persevering!

After 9 years of trading, from the initial sleepless nights after liquidation to now steadily making profits, with an annualized return of over 50%.

This is not a signal post, but a 'pitfall avoidance note' written for struggling beginners 👇

💡 Six trading habits I adhere to:

1️⃣ Look at the market after 9 PM

Daytime fluctuations are too chaotic, and there are too many news distractions.

I only make decisions after 21:00, when the market is clearer and the signals are more defined.

During the transition period of the European and American markets, it is easier to catch trending opportunities.

2️⃣ After making a profit, immediately 'secure the gains'

If my account increases by 1000 USDT, I will directly withdraw 400 USDT.

This isn’t being conservative; it’s to remind myself: the money that has arrived is the real money.

3️⃣ If it doesn’t seem valuable, rely on logic when watching the market

Use TradingView to check MACD + RSI + Bollinger Bands,

if the signals are inconsistent, don’t enter the market; if it’s sideways, just continue to wait.

Look at the short-term on 1H, and the trend on 4H; refuse to place orders based on feelings.

4️⃣ Flexible stop-loss mechanism, don’t be afraid of stop-losses

If you can watch the market, dynamically raise the stop-loss;

if you can’t watch the market, set a hard stop-loss of a maximum of 3%.

Not every time results in a win, but every time is controlled.

5️⃣ Every Friday, force a withdrawal once

Regardless of how much profit you make, withdraw 30% of the profits back to your bank account,

if you persist long-term, you will slowly break out of the vicious cycle of repeatedly going to zero.

6️⃣ A few trading taboos that I have personally tested and found effective:

Leverage should not exceed 10 times (newcomers are advised to use 3-5 times)

A maximum of 3 contracts per day

Stay away from high-volatility assets with no fundamentals

Do not borrow money to enter the market; don’t gamble your life for the future

💬 A final quote for you who are still persevering:

"In this market, those who can survive are the ones qualified to talk about making money."

Not seeking to get rich overnight, just looking for long-term stability.

Learn to take profits and cut losses, maintain your emotions and rhythm,

you will naturally welcome the market that belongs to you.
