As of today, I can confidently say this: Even if there are 10 billion Pi coins in circulation, the actual Pi that will work at GCV (Global Consensus Value) is probably less than 1 million.
Why?
Because a huge chunk of Pi coins have already been transferred to exchanges — and once that happens, the Purity Badge ✅ is permanently lost.
Dr. Nicolas once said:
"Every Pi is scarce and valuable. And those Pioneers who persevere until the end will achieve great things in life!"
Even Dr. Chengdiao Fan emphasized:
"10 Pi is enough for a generation, and Pi is non-conformist!"
⚠️ Here's What’s Coming:
Pi mining is ending soon
When the Global Open Mainnet goes live:
Gas fees will drop
Pi will have a contract address under the Pi Blockchain Network
30+ computer nodes will be activated
Real Pi value will show on the Pi Blockchain Explorer via Pi Browser
Your Pi Wallet will start displaying your Pi balance + dollar equivalent
🧠 Wallet Breakdown:
Your Pi wallet will show 2 types of balances:
1. Contribution Balance ✅
Pi mined directly, never transferred to exchanges.
Holds the Purity Badge ✅ and qualifies for GCV.
2. Non-Contribution Balance ❌
Any Pi that was ever transferred to exchanges.
Purity Badge lost forever — doesn’t qualify for GCV, even if transferred back.
There’s no shortcut, no hack — the system knows.
🔑 To hold Pi with a Purity Badge ✅, you MUST:
Create your Pi account
Mine for 30+ days
Complete KYC
Be part of the migration queue
Once migrated, only the Pi moved by the Core Team from your mining app to your Pi Browser wallet will carry the Purity Badge ✅.
💡 Remember: transferring Pi to exchanges destroys that badge forever. Even if you send it back, it won’t count as pure again.
