My first reaction to seeing this leaderboard is happiness: I've ranked 37th globally on Kaito CT and I'm also the top in the Chinese-speaking region. But looking further down, my feelings are mixed: there are only two Chinese individuals in the global top 50, myself and @anymose96.
To be honest, how many active users, purchasing power, and entrepreneurs in the entire cryptocurrency industry are Chinese? Our community, our liquidity, our enthusiasm, in any chain, platform, or track, are all at the top tier. So why are only the two of us on this list? Is it a problem with the list's algorithm, or have we really remained silent for too long?
In my heart, Chinese people are at the top tier, regardless of how others define popularity, data, or rankings. We need to reclaim our top-tier position ourselves. The leaderboard belongs to them, but the traffic is ours.
Furthermore, I might be the only one in this global Top 100 who doesn't engage with Kaito or post their worthless content. Long-time followers know that I have zero tolerance for unproductive content. This also proves one thing: focusing on doing our own thing, even without pandering, can still get us on the list; we can break through the algorithm with our strength. I have always been focused on building bnbchain.
So, let's stop being silent; it's time for the Chinese community to stand up. Web3 is inherently borderless, and we, as Chinese speakers, should not be marginalized. All we need to do is reclaim the stage with our strength.
Let's work together to reclaim those 48 empty spots on the leaderboard.
