Smarter Web Company secures $56.5 million for Bitcoin acquisition $BTC
According to forecast news, the London-listed Smarter Web Company has successfully raised approximately $56.5 million through accelerating the construction of the book and subscription. The funds are allocated for purchasing more Bitcoin.
The ordinary shares and newly issued shares will be fully paid upon issuance and will carry the same rights as the company's existing ordinary shares. This includes the right to all profits and other distributions declared and paid or listed from the date of issuance.
