Last night I received a promotional email: renting the H200 is only 2.45u/hour now.
The Moore's Law of AI GPUs makes me feel sorry for those who hoarded H100 graphics cards at a price of $35,000 each.
Can they break even? Is the rental rate that high?
I'm feeling the pressure for others because I searched through the email records, and Shadeform has never sent out promotional ads for NVIDIA GPUs in over a year.
However, in June 2025, they sent out two promotional emails to members, and another one for the RTX5090s on June 18, which was also eye-opening.
