WHY ARE THERE STILL HOPEFUL INVESTORS #Altseason ?
Simply put, many people still "hold" altcoins for quite familiar reasons:
- The sweet story effect: altcoins always come with super appealing narratives - AI, GameFi, DeFi 2.0, or anything "next-gen". These stories sound cool, easily making people FOMO and pour money in.
- The mindset of money flow will spread: the logic of Bitcoin rising -> money flowing into altcoins -> profits. Sounds reasonable, but in reality... everyone sees, no need to say, right?
- History will repeat itself: looking back at 2021 with fascination, thinking that altseason will come back like before. But does anyone remember that the market is different now? The war is chaotic, remember when Trump just came into power, the market outlook was beautiful =)))
THE "HARSH" REALITY ABOUT ALTSEASON
- The market has changed, folks; now there are organized whales participating, and price manipulation is no longer as easy as before. A few big players could easily manipulate prices before, now... good luck with that!
- With tense geopolitical developments like the US-Iran situation, everyone is more cautious. Money is seeking safer havens, and altcoins... are definitely not the first choice.
- Bitcoin dominance has risen to 65%: this figure says it all - people are fleeing from altcoins to hold BTC for safety.
