Have you ever had this situation , the transaction or order that u didnt do , makes your aset gone coz of automatic liquidity . and you know that u always make sure theres no open order or position is still going .

then i try reach out the CUSTOMER SERVICE , the case took hours , and 2 CS . there is now way out , and i didnt get my USDT back . he just explained abbout "what is liquidity, stop order ... ". not single information that explained why my usdt can "automaticly" place a position that i never did . and i really want to know if someone had a same situation like me ...
