这俩天简单看了一下伊朗的crypto发展情况，挺有意思的。tldr 被制裁是导致他们转向稳定币支付和crypto友好的原因。 -主要用稳定币做外贸结算 伊朗通过加密货币绕过制裁和swift。 伊朗自2023年起正式授权使用加密货币（如比特币、稳定币）进行跨境贸易结算，尤其是石油出口。 -usdt在otc市场上有较高溢价 由于本地市场对USDT等稳定币的高需求（用于国际贸易储值），伊朗OTC市场的价格常出现5%-10%的溢价，形成套利机会 -挖矿合法化 伊朗在2018年将挖矿合法化，但要求矿工注册为工业级设施，使用国家批准的矿池，并缴纳高额电费（工业电价） -国内支付禁止使用stsblecoin： 央行全面禁止加密货币用于本土交易，违者面临5-10年监禁。但是可以使用加密货币进行外贸结算。 -国家稳定币项目：paymon 开发黄金挂钩和支持的稳定币PayMon，用于国际贸易结算。同时积极与俄罗斯等国合作建立黄金挂钩的跨境支付系统，替代SWIFT。

crypto是一个较为透明的行业，谁做了啥链上scan一下都可以看到。 payment是一个极其不透明的行业。一层又一层的渠道吃拿卡扣。 我觉得如果能用crypto的技术让支付更透明高效更有价值也更值得思考。现在offramp 之后走传统的支付渠道提供服务感觉走了历史的老路。 要是有直接跟merchant pay cryoto scan一下直接钱包扣款，绕过所有传统支付网络和通道的方案就好了。值得畅想。
