The Binance HODLer Airdrop has launched its 24th project – Newton Protocol (NEWT), aimed at establishing a secure protocol for AI-driven strategies, automated trading, and AI developers' market. From June 14, 2025, 08:00 to June 18, 2025, 07:59 (UTC+8), users who use BNB to purchase principal-protected earnings (fixed and/or flexible) or on-chain earning products will receive airdrop allocations. HODLer airdrop information is expected to go live within 12 hours, and new tokens will be distributed to users' spot wallets at least 1 hour before trading begins.
Binance will list NEWT on June 24, 2025, at 22:00 (UTC+8), and open trading pairs against USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY, subject to seed label trading rules. The NEWT deposit channel will open 1 hour later.
*Please note that NEWT will be launched and traded in the Binance Alpha event (time to be announced), but after spot trading opens, NEWT will no longer be displayed on Binance Alpha.

HODLer Airdrop Introduction
Binance HODLer Airdrop takes historical snapshots based on users' BNB holdings and rewards token airdrops for BNB holders. By using BNB to purchase principal-protected earnings (fixed and/or flexible) products, users will automatically qualify for the HODLer airdrop (as well as Launchpool and Megadrop rewards). By using BNB to purchase on-chain earnings products, users will automatically qualify for the HODLer airdrop and Launchpool rewards.
Unlike other earning methods that require continuous operation, the HODLer airdrop rewards users retrospectively, providing a simpler additional earning method. By using BNB to purchase principal-protected earnings products or on-chain earning products, users can automatically receive token rewards.
How to Benefit from the HODLer Airdrop
Go to the [Finance] page and search for BNB;
Use BNB holdings to purchase principal-protected earnings products (flexible and/or fixed) or on-chain earning products;
Binance will randomly take multiple snapshots of users' BNB holdings and total pool holdings every hour to calculate users' hourly average holdings in principal-protected earnings products and on-chain earning products. Binance will calculate user rewards based on historical snapshots of users' BNB holdings during a random time period after this announcement is made;
For example: The calculation of HODLer airdrop rewards on June 11, 2024, may use snapshots of users' BNB holdings from June 1, 2024, to June 7, 2024, as a reference.
Eligible users will receive HODLer airdrop rewards in their spot wallets within 24 hours after the HODLer airdrop is announced.

Binance Alpha users, please note:
Users can transfer NEWT from Alpha accounts to spot accounts.
When Binance spot trading opens, NEWT will be delisted from Binance Alpha. Users can still continue to sell NEWT through Binance Alpha.
After NEWT is delisted from Binance Alpha, users can still view their NEWT balance in their Alpha accounts and transfer it to spot accounts to continue trading on Binance spot.
Binance will batch transfer users' NEWT balances from Alpha accounts to users' spot accounts within 24 hours after the listing on spot.
Binance Alpha is a pre-listing observation pool; when projects from Binance Alpha are listed on the Binance spot market, Binance Alpha will no longer display the assets of that project.
Users must complete identity verification (KYC) and come from eligible jurisdictions to participate in the HODLer airdrop;
Airdrop tokens will be automatically transferred to each user's spot wallet before they go live on Binance spot;
Unless otherwise stated, if multiple HODLer airdrop projects are conducted simultaneously, users' BNB assets in principal-protected earning products (fixed and/or flexible) and on-chain earning products will be allocated to these projects;
BNB flexible products used as collateral in Binance lending (flexible rates) will not be eligible for HODLer airdrop rewards;
BNB assets in principal-protected earning products are still eligible for common benefits, such as participation in Launchpool and Megadrop qualifications, as well as VIP level benefits;
HODLer airdrop reward calculations will support staking Lista BNB (slisBNB) and Lista collateral BNB (clisBNB) in Binance's non-custodial wallets;
For the above trading pairs, spot algorithm orders will also start trading at 22:00 (UTC+8) on June 24, 2025. Trading bots and spot copy trading will be enabled within 24 hours after the aforementioned tokens are listed on spot. For currently running spot copy trading portfolios, users can enable new trading pairs via [Spot Copy Trading Settings] - [Personal Trading Pair Preferences];
Participation in the HODLer airdrop requires users to meet eligibility criteria based on their country or region of residence;
Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with Binance's program code or use other software to interfere with the operation of Binance's program code;
Users need to come from eligible jurisdictions to participate in the HODLer airdrop. Currently, users residing in the following countries or regions will not be able to participate through purchasing BNB principal-protected earning products or on-chain earning products:
Australia, Canada, Cuba, Crimea, Cyprus, Donetsk, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Luhansk, New Zealand, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, United Kingdom, United States and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands), any non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine.
