Linea cryptocurrency launch is imminent, let's talk about Linea's deceptive practices. In the early days, Linea launched the Odyssey testnet and a super card, distributing four tiers of NFTs based on the number of tasks completed, and ultimately created a fifth NFT that required payment to mint, which ended up being useless. During the testnet, they checked for witches and created guild badges, following @Ice_Frog666666's hidden requirements, ending up saying all were witches. The mainnet launch in December 2023 started with a DeFi week, where gas fees skyrocketed, making everyone rush, and midway introduced POH certification, previously stating that once POH certification was passed, everyone would be considered real users and there would be no further checks, leading to a frenzy and gas losses. Projects within POH certification were increasingly deceptive; Trusta claimed that certification meant paying to pass directly, RubyScore openly required some USDT to pass, and the A group could pass just by KYC, spending money everywhere would suffice. In February 2024, PA hosted a game week, coinciding with the peak of grabbing benefits when everyone rushed in to accumulate points, requiring various expenditures for tasks, and the project organizing activities aimed to maximize their gains. As the game week was nearing its end, gas fees were reduced since earlier participants had spent significantly, while later participants diluted LXP even more aggressively. Subsequently, there was an NFT week where PA continued to pressure participants; if you didn't engage, your LXP would be diluted, creating a difficult situation. Even more absurdly, it was initially stated that passing POH would be considered a real user, but they began checking for witches, with the initial rules being simple and random, lacking clear guidelines and still requiring KYC supplements. DC asked project parties, claiming that as long as K was green, it was acceptable. Many who lost K spent various costs to supplement K, or else the gas fees would be wasted; the K supplementation incident calmed down, and soon after, LXP wallets were distributed. Ultimately, you were told that receiving LXP wallets was useless; there were no standards for checks, and any account active during the game week would be flagged as witches if there had been no interaction on other chains above 95%, leading to substantial losses for many heavy investors in Linea. The current goal is just to recover some of the capital.
