Just over a month after receiving the chip, the first problems began.
Noland Arbaugh is the first paralyzed man to receive the Neuralink chip implanted, manufactured by Elon Musk's team, and although it marked a milestone and the experiment seemed to start off on the right foot, it has ultimately failed.
