Why do you always get liquidated when trading contracts?
Let's be honest, many people are unwilling to hear this…
Recently, I've seen too many screenshots of liquidations, and the reasons for the losses are mostly similar:
✅ All in
✅ High leverage
✅ Fully invested in long and short positions
✅ Market reverses, and suddenly everything is wiped out
Let me say something that might sting—
It's not that you aren't working hard or that you're not smart enough, it's just that you haven't figured out how to trade contracts.
Contracts can be traded; I have been trading them myself.
Many times, I simply treat contracts like spot trading.
Why?
✅ Liquidity is 2-3 times that of spot trading
✅ Trading fees are 70% lower
✅ Major cryptocurrencies have low funding rates, sometimes even positive premiums
✅ Slippage on altcoin liquidations is also less than 0.5%
