In the cryptocurrency world, what we fear most is not losing money, but losing everything and still being unwilling to give up.

Let me tell you a true story about one of my fans, Xiao Zhao. Last year, during the bull market, he chased highs and sold lows, facing contract liquidations three times, losing a total of 30,000. He was so frustrated that he considered quitting the industry. At the beginning of the year, he only had 2,000 left in his pocket, and he came to me, asking me one question: "Can I still turn this around?"

I said, "Yes, but you have to listen."

The first thing we did was not to open a position immediately, but to **stop for three days and review his past losing trades.** I asked him to write down the reasons for each loss.

You wouldn't believe it, many people fail without even knowing how they failed.

Next, we implemented a "rolling position plan," which was not gambling or all-in, but a three-stage layout.

In the first stage, we only took low-leverage trend-following positions to stabilize the fundamentals. We controlled daily profits to 3%-5%, and within 12 days, we increased the 2,000 to 4,300.

In the second stage, we started to slightly increase the position size, looking for key support and resistance zones to capture swings, with stop losses for every trade—if we were wrong, we would withdraw without attachment. In two weeks, the account reached 9,200.

In the third stage, we only took two major trades, targeting a wave of primary upward movement. Before entering, we did thorough research, set staggered take-profit points, and I guided him through the process, steadily capturing mid-term profits. On the last day of settlement, the account was at 15,200.

He broke even and even had a bit of surplus.

But the key point is not the money; it’s that he finally understood one thing: getting rich quickly is a process, not a reckless all-in after liquidation, but a planned and rhythmic path to recovery.

I can't say this method is suitable for everyone, but those who can stick with it are truly few. If you're losing sleep over your losses, perhaps you can change your mindset and stop relying on feelings to trade.

In a bull market with significant ups and downs, if someone is pointing the way, don’t tread on landmines yourself!
