Frame 1 is the market sought after by buyers for the sellers in frame 2. So when, by chance, the sellers in frame 1 think that the asset will not reach the created opponent, they end up leaving frame 2 and filling the buy order down below, forcing the market to go down. Other people who do not understand the market get worried; they never thought about understanding how it works. Even BTC sometimes experiences a sharp drop, and many up there get scared and end up filling the buy orders, causing the market to decline.
