The fee for 30 days is 0.12×30=3.6 (36%)

The accumulated transaction fee for one year is 3.6×12=43.2 (4.32 times)

For example: $100,000 principal in spot trading

The fee for one year is 100000×43.2=4320000 (432,000 USD)
