The countdown for the altcoin #加密概念美股 has already begun.

Once the US stock market is fully tokenized, compliant stocks can circulate on the chain and be listed on exchanges. Those altcoins that rely on empty promises and storytelling will basically be forced to exit the stage.

COIN is working on this, turning on-chain securities into the mainstream. Many recently IPO'd stocks have a market value of only a few tens of millions or a couple of hundred million, which is not much different for retail investors compared to small-cap coins — but at least they are regulatory compliant and have actual business operations.

Altcoins vs. On-chain US stocks: one relies on belief, the other on financial statements; it is self-evident which has a better market.
