🔥 Cyber attack on Iran's main exchange: burns $90M in crypto as a political message
It was not a robbery.
It was a deliberate act.
The group Predatory Sparrow hacked Nobitex, Iran's largest exchange, transferred over $90 million in crypto and publicly destroyed it, sending it to customized addresses with anti-regime messages.
Among the phrases recorded in the wallets:
> "FuckIRGCterrorists"
Additionally, they leaked the source code of the platform and targeted Bank Sepah, accusing it of funding IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) activities.
⚠️ The attack was political, not economic.
It coincides with a tense context between Israel and Iran following recent offensives.
👉 The Central Bank of Iran imposed new restrictions: crypto trading will only be allowed between 10 AM and 8 PM.
