Trading made me confront myself, not just the market.
When you lose, don’t blame the market... instead, ask yourself: Was I disciplined?
And when you win, remember that the market didn’t reward you, it just hasn’t punished you yet.
I learned to write a plan for every trade, just as I write a plan for my life:
Where do I enter? When do I exit? And what is the worst-case scenario I can tolerate?
Real trading begins from within...
And as my psychology matured, so did my profits.
