I was selling USDT via P2P and made the mistake of releasing the crypto after the buyer sent what looked like a legit bank transfer slip. Moments later, I realized that no funds ever hit my account—and the buyer had already vanished.

I filed a report immediately, but by then, the damage was done.

💡 Hard Lessons Learned:

Never release your crypto until you see the money in your account—not just a slip.

Always confirm the exact transaction time and name on the account.

Do not trust screenshots—only your official banking app can confirm the truth.
