Hello, future millionaires! I have noticed several posts regarding the removal/delisting of tokens, most of the posts relate this to the natural decline of the asset. See Binance's criteria;#

Official Delisting Criteria by Binance

1. Regulatory/compliance risk

Projects involving legal risks, privacy, or subject to regulatory pressures in certain jurisdictions may be removed.

2. Project continuity (go-concern risk)

Tokens whose development has stagnated, inactive teams, failures to meet the roadmap, or incidents (such as hacks or imprisoned leaders) are subject to delisting.

3. Market performance

Low trading volume and scarce liquidity make assets vulnerable to removal as they harm the user experience.

4. Ethical or fraudulent risks

Involvement in market manipulation, fraud, deceptive practices, or any unethical behavior is a trigger for delisting.

5. Technical and network stability

Projects with vulnerable smart contracts, constant technical failures, or network issues may be removed, especially after security breaches.

6. Lack of transparency and communication

Binance requires teams to respond to inquiries, update progress, and communicate with the community. Frequent failures result in delisting risk.

7. Tokenomics and unjustified changes

Changes in the token's economy without transparency that disadvantage holders are seen as a sign of instability.

8. Community vote

In more recent cases, Binance implemented a “vote to delist” system — projects with negative metrics and community indication may be selected.
