On June 18, Iran announced it had used the hypersonic missile Fattah-1 in the 11th attack targeting Israel, as part of the "True Promise 3" campaign.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) emphasized that its forces have "fully controlled the airspace of the occupied territory," a term Iran uses to refer to Israel.
Fattah-1 can reach a maximum speed of 15,000 km/h and is believed to be capable of penetrating any air defense shield, although some experts doubt this capability and argue that it is merely an improved ballistic missile, not a true hypersonic weapon.
