Go to the Binance .com page and look at the bottom right corner and you will see the chat icon

2. You'll see a list of common problems with solutions, self-help links, and FAQ topics.
3. You can view the list of common problems suggested by the system. Click the [Reload] icon to see more questions and suggested solutions.
4. When you find a question that matches your query, click on it and the AI bot will provide a solution.
5. If the question content does not answer your question, click on [Unsolved] - [Unsolved] (finger icon pointing down)
If you still don't find the answer, click [not relevant] / [Not relevant] => click Yes, transfer to Customer Service
Done, then you are connected to a customer service staff.
Please describe your requirements clearly, provide as much documentation as possible (like screenshots, etc.)
If you cannot chat longer, you can turn off the chat screen, YOUR QUESTION WILL STILL BE SENT TO CS, and the system will notify you when a CS receives your case.
Chat response is required within 24 hours to keep the conversation going. If you respond within 24 hours, you can reserve your spot on the waiting list.
If a customer service agent cannot resolve your issue and marks the conversation as “Resolved,” you can respond to the conversation thread to resubmit your question.
