However, according to Notcoin, the hacker didn’t steal the funds but instead burned the coins. So technically, he didn't profit, but the holders might actually benefit since the supply was burned. A “gentleman hacker,” you could say.
I’ve never even heard of Nobitex before. If it’s a small exchange, then carrying such heavy losses may be fatal. There’s a chance it might shut down permanently without compensating its users.
