First batch of licenses issued under EU MiCA authorization

🇪🇺 After the full implementation of MiCA, Gemini, OKX, and Crypto.com have been granted licenses in Malta, while Coinbase may obtain a license in Luxembourg.

This is the first implementation of the EU's unified regulatory framework, but the differences in approval speeds among different countries still imply 'regulatory competition'.

The next step is to continue monitoring whether ESMA will strengthen intervention to prevent platforms from exploiting regulatory arbitrage.
