Talet is his famous book Antifragile talks about this risk management strategy, which tries to balance it by positioning in extreme safe assets and extreme risk assets. Taleb mentions you should put most of your capital on highly secure items, such as bonds, and the minority of it on high risk assets, which could provide a lot of alpha To take advantage of it, if you are more on the conservative side and consider crypto on the extreme risk part, an option is to place 80-90% on less volatile assets and the rest on crypto (and note you can do a second barbell here and put bitcoin/ethereum and solana on a safer side on your crypto portifolio).
