Reading the Mira whitepaper led me to analyse it's Economic model, and it's so simple yet quite innovative if done right,
I'd lay this out so literally a Layman would understand.
The main issue in Ai is Trust, you may notice that some AI engines you use make mistakes, give false info e.t.c.
Mira combats this by using a verification system in which independent nodes confirm if AI generated claims are true or false.
It combines both PoW and PoS systems, but unlike PoW that uses unnecessary energy, Mira uses real verification tasks; Nodes are asked to judge factual claims.
Simultaneously, nodes are asked to stake tokens to participate, and if they try to act smart, give false info, game the system, their stake gets slashed.
Promoting accurate analysis by discouraging bad behaviours.
The result is simple: Fair, accurate answers; Honest participants earn rewards, and the bad actors lose money. Incentive driven to ensure healthy competition.
So in short, their PoW/PoS doesn't just keep the system running, it makes truth economically attractive and lies, expensive;
Making it one of the best, smart ways to scale Ai and build trust in claims.
